What is a fire alarm service?
Our alarm technicians will do a thorough check on smoked devices/ beam detectors /door closures/ link into intruder /gas shut off supply, in simple terms, whatever is linked to your fire alarm system – and I mean whatever – and we see how the devices respond under test conditions as if it was a real life event. Any faults will be reported to client and rectified immediately.
This test is a bi-annual test in line with British Standard BS 5839-1.
A full report is handed to the client, log books are completed and a certificate is issued once fire alarm is in good working order.
